This chapter includes brief comments on the installation of EPICURE. This is followed by some simple examples illustrating how to use the menus to start a new session, import data into EPICURE from text files, save and use EPICURE data files, and read an existing command script. There is also a brief discussion of the syntax of EPICURE commands and how to use these commands interactively or from program (script) files. The chapter concludes with a description of the primary menus and dialogs.
