Command Summary Structure

The EPICURE Command Summary is broken into several functional groups:

•      Commands that describe or modify the input data (described in Data Definition and Input Commands and Transformation and Subset Selection Commands)

•      Commands that carry out certain basic statistical operations (described in Basic Analysis Commands)

•      Commands that control basic operational aspects in all EPICURE programs (described in General Purpose Commands)

•      Commands that identify program-specific key variables, such as the case-control indicator variable in GMBO (described in Key Variables Commands  )

•      Commands that describe a model (described in Model Specification Commands)

•      Commands that specify analyses of fitted models (described in Analysis Commands)

•      Commands that define the categories of a summary table in DATAB (described in Category Definition Commands)

•      Commands that specify summary variables to be computed for each cell in a DATAB summary table (described in Summary Variable Definition Commands)

•      Other DATAB -specific commands (described in Other DATAB Commands)
